Terms and Condition

1. Services

TAI provides digital IT services including:

• Frontend development

• Backend/API development

• UI/UX design

• Custom software development

• Consultation and project management

All services are delivered under agreed project scopes and timelines. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time with due notice.

2. User Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate information when engaging with our services.

• You must not use our services for any unlawful or malicious purpose.

• You are responsible for all content, data, and code you share with TAI.

3. Intellectual Property

All custom software, designs, and code delivered by TAI remain the intellectual property of TAI until full payment has been made, unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Payments must be made as per the agreed milestone or service plan.

• Refunds are subject to service terms and the nature of project cancellation.

• Late payments may attract additional charges.

5. Confidentiality

TAI agrees to keep all client information, data, and proprietary material confidential and will not disclose it to third parties without explicit permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

TAI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Service interruption

• Data loss

• Third-party software issues

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:

• There is a breach of these Terms

• The user engages in unethical or unlawful behavior

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nepal and Japan.
